Librarians are available via email and chat

Chat will be monitored by librarians 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
Student library assistants will be monitoring chat 7:00 am - 9:00 am and 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Questions received outside of those hours will be answered the next business day.
Librarians will also be available to answer questions via email and/or via online meeting tools such as Google Hangouts or WebEx.


Library books and equipment are currently unavailable for loan.

If you have a book or piece of technology/equipment, please do not attempt to return it!  All loans have been extended to 6/1/20, so it will not incur overdue fines.

For items considered Lost prior to the closure, please fill out the Billing Inquiry Form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you aren't sure what items you borrowed or when they're due, visit the My Account page using your home institution credentials and click on the "Items Borrowed/Renewals" link.
