What's On Your Plate?: Home

A guide to accompany the What's On Your Plate? food exhibit.

Introduction

What's On Your Plate? is inspired by its accompanying exhibit at the Priddy Library, shedding further light and resources on food issues ranging from the global corporatization of food supply chains, food waste, the impact of food on health, access to farmland, and the environmental impacts of agriculture.

Food access and solutions are also explored through resources provided on recent innovations and initiatives making an impact on both a local and global scale, with the goal to solve barriers that communities face toward food security.
